IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE FOR PRE ORDER CUSTOMERS (UPDATED 05/06/25)

Kia ora whanau,

Unfortunately, the shipping company was unable to follow through with their promised solution to recall our shipment and send it via air freight for faster delivery. This decision was entirely out of our control and, as you can imagine, has been incredibly frustrating for us too.

The shipment is currently en route to Australia and is expected to arrive at the Sydney local port on 16th June.

Once it lands, we’ll need to allow 7–14 days for customs clearance and local delivery to us here in Perth, WA. This means you can expect your order to arrive sometime in late June. We’ll continue to provide updates along the way as we receive them.

We completely understand that this delay may be disappointing and inconvenient, and we sincerely apologise for the unexpected wait.
